The Club

The Crimson Club is a private members club dedicated to celebrating American heritage and learning from the tales of history — offering a classical spirit that is unmatched in the city. Modeled after the fraternal societies of our forefathers, The Club honors tradition by admitting only men as members (women allowed as guests) and maintaining a proper dress code.

Our members are intellectuals, entrepreneurs, and traditionalists — many have been called dissenters or a “stick in the mud”. Most of all, we bond over our common love of History; telling stories of our American past, in order to revere and remember the men who dared greatly so that we may enjoy the fruits today. Their courage to think in centuries, and their will to tame the great frontier are to which we aspire. We believe our next 250 years will be greater than our last, and so we gather promising men to grow, to revel, and to learn from our forefathers so that we may play but a small role in that which lies ahead.

For God and Country.

Membership

Membership is selective and limited to men aged 21 and older. Prospective members must be proposed by an existing member and seconded by another – both in good standing and both to have known the applicant for at least two years. After an application process, the membership committee votes on admission with a prompt decision. For men under age 45, rates begin at $249 per month with a $500 initiation fee.

Dress Code

We believe the popularity of t-shirts and leisurewear are an abomination and we strive to correct this cultural mistake.

All members and male guests are required to wear a collared shirt, jacket, long pants, and closed toe shoes. Jackets may be removed after 10pm until 6am but are required to enter the club. The Social Hall has special rules including: no jackets required during working hours (6am – 6pm) and requiring “full regalia” (jacket and tie) during feasts.

We invite our female guests to embrace a classical style that is both modest and elegant. Opting for attire that is less revealing and not too form-fitting can enhance the grace of the occasion. True beauty shines through in its subtlety.
